    What: In the wake of two recent deaths of immigration detainees and the detention in isolation of a 16-year-old Syrian minor, the organizations will explain the need for an independent complaints and oversight mechanism for the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and comment on what the mechanism should look like.
