Young boys in Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan: Two years after the fall of the Taleban government, human rights abuses continue as a fact of life for most Afghans. In August 2003, Amnesty International completed a year-long mission in Afghanistan to provide input on human rights protection and promotion.
