Feedback form: if you wish to share your Taste for Justice experience with us, please fill out this questionnaire and return it with your donation summary sheet and donation forms in the enclosed business reply envelope.
Human Rights: A Cause for Celebration: Share with your guests how celebrating your taste for justice helps you all to be a part of something big, and how your event helps to change lives.
Donation forms: for your guests to submit their donations to you at your event. Please note that tax receipts will only be issued for donations that are submitted with this donation form.
